The health is not only about diet and weight. Good health ranges clear from weight, brain function, high blood pressure, heart disease, cancer, and other diseases. There are foods that are not beneficial to a person’s health due to the digestion process and the amount of energy it takes to digest the foods. Healthy foods have a variety of health issues they help prevent; however, some health foods should not be comsumed in large amounts.
